Display sometimes not working

Hi,

Since a few days, the display of my Thunderbolt screen sometimes stops working.

At that moment, the sound, mouse, keyboard, ... keep working fine.

To get the display back, I have to unplug from my Macbook Pro, wait a few and connect again.

I'm wondering if someone already has encountered that problem and what fixe(s) I could use to avoid that problem ?

I'm sorry but I don't see there anything about dysfunctions of a Thunderbolt display ?!?!

We have a display that completely not working now.

Does anyone know would apple release a new display sometime?

One of two things:

1. unplug TBD from wall, wait 5 minutes and reconnect. If no change then

2. Could be TB cable connector. To verify get another TB cable and connect from Mac to TB port of display. If all works then your 2 in 1 cable end may be bad and needs to be replaced.
